Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be a key player in our data-driven decision making processes, reporting to the Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce, CRM Analytics/Tableau, and other tools to create impactful reports, dashboards, and insights that enable teams across the organization to thrive.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce with a focus on data analytics.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics analysis.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL/SOQL.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
