Requirements

• PhD or Masters in Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in user interface research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with government organizations like DARPA or AFRL.
• Technical publications in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
• Strong design and functional reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail in project execution.
