We are currently looking for a Mid/Senior Data Scientist to join Dataplace! We are a Polish-Portuguese startup operating in the field of geospatial analytics and machine learning. Our analyses and technology help major companies in retail, media, FMCG, and banking make strategic business decisions.

In Short

• Work with large datasets and understand machine learning models.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models using various algorithms.
• Conduct geospatial analytics to identify insights from location-based data.
• Utilize object-oriented programming in Python for platform development.
• Process large amounts of data using technologies like PySpark, SQL, and AWS S3.
• Participate in research and development projects.
• Prepare and present analysis results, including visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to propose analytical solutions.
• Provide technical support to junior team members.
• Occasionally conduct workshops for clients.
