Overview

The People Operations Senior Generalist will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. This role balances day-to-day People Ops execution with employee support, compliance administration, payroll, and program delivery.

• Administer payroll processing and audits for compliance.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and training sessions.
• Manage the People & Culture inbox for employee requests.
• Support offboarding processes and exit interviews.
• Administer employee benefits and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain HRIS recordkeeping and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate trainings on various HR topics.
• Track People & Culture expenses and manage budget reporting.
• Provide general support for People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–6 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion.
