Developer Advocate - Remote

Overview

As the first Developer Advocate hire at Chalk, you will help developers learn about Chalk and understand the best ways to integrate Machine Learning Infrastructure. You will inform how Chalk can best serve our current and future customers. You will have the incredible opportunity to join us as an early employee and make a significant impact at a high-growth start-up.

In Short

• Showcase Chalk's product through documentation of example products and use cases
• Foster engagement within the developer community via online platforms
• Serve as a primary contact and cultivate expertise in ML infrastructure

Requirements

• A software engineer background with a passion for leveraging coding expertise to educate fellow engineers through product documentation and writing
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Extensive technical expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, and data engineering
• Proficient in Python with knowledge of other programming languages
• Hands-on experience with data technologies including Apache Spark, Kafka, dbt, and data warehouses, managing large-scale datasets
