Chalice Custom Algorithms is the leading AI application for brands applying their own data and analytics in the real-time decisioning of ad buys. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our LLM and Foundational Model product suite.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including LLMs and foundational models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Leverage cloud platforms for model deployment.
• Perform experiments to validate new approaches.
• Maintain high uptime and low latency in pipelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in machine learning.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Integrate models into production pipelines.
• Develop production-quality code.
• Work in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or Related Discipline.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Experience with LLMs and associated libraries.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments.
• Experience with API design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the advertising industry.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
