Overview

As part of the Sales team at Chainlink Labs, you will encompass our user acquisition & go-to-market functions, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Chainlink.

In Short

  • Take ownership of the sales process with the ability to manage relationships and deals.
  • Drive adoption of Chainlink products across all stages of the sales cycle for the DeFi industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, understanding their business goals.
  • Develop strong technical sales expertise in the Chainlink product suite.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to the Chainlink cross-chain product strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of technical sales experience within the Web3 space.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and associated areas.
  • Confidence in managing a sales process and using CRM software.
  • Ability to establish trust and influence key decision makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • High work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with Chainlink products is a plus.
