The Global People Operations Specialist at Chainguard is responsible for creating people-first systems that empower teams to thrive, streamline processes, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

• Support Employee Lifecycle: Onboarding and offboarding processes, manage administrative tasks, and serve as the first point of contact for HR questions.
• Streamline & Uplevel Processes: Evaluate, implement, and improve People-related systems.
• Systems Management: Ensure clean and accurate data for reporting and insights.
• Compliance Champion: Stay on top of employment laws and manage documentation.
• Leave Administration Lead: Manage employee leave balances and requests.
• Benefits: Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Liaise between People, Finance, IT, and other teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Expertise with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Passion for providing exceptional employee experiences.
• Understanding of employment regulations and compliance.
• Experience with global teams and Employer of Record services.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solver in dynamic environments.
