The Global Payroll Specialist at Chainalysis is a key player in seamlessly managing and processing payroll for our international employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments across all regions outside the United States.

In Short

• Analyze, prepare file submissions and reconcile data for payrolls.
• Reconcile data for financial, tax and compliance reporting.
• Establish oversight of operational controls and compliance.
• Evaluate and eliminate process and tool gaps.
• Participate in testing of policy, process, and system changes.

Requirements

• International payroll experience.
• Exposure to international pension schemes.
• Good knowledge of international payroll legislation.
• Outstanding organizational ability.
