Overview

We are currently hiring an Investor Account Management Investor Request Staff to join our team, supporting one of our largest private equity clients. The principal responsibility of this position is to provide investor service support to the client’s investors globally.

In Short

  • Provide investor service support globally.
  • Utilize Salesforce for investor request management.
  • Manage requests for designated Fund Families.
  • Act as backup resource to the Queue Coordinator.
  • Report task status updates to Investor Request Lead.
  • Maintain working knowledge of assigned requests.
  • Strong listening comprehension and communication skills required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
  • Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills needed.
  • Client service experience is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrable client service experience.
  • Strong research/data mining skills.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong listening comprehension skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • High integrity and confidentiality required.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, or other CRM systems a plus.
