Layout Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Layout Team Lead will be responsible for developing cutting-edge communication technologies within the Wireless Internet of Things group, focusing on Analog and Mixed-Signal Layout implementations.

In Short

• Lead cross-team planning and coordination.
• Ensure high quality of Analog & Mixed-Signal Layout implementations.
• Report progress of layout team activities.
• Manage chip level layout responsibilities.
• Conduct layout and verification for high-end Analog/RF blocks.
• Support layout team in debugging DRC/LVS/EMIR results.
• Create layout documentation reports.
• Participate in layout design reviews.
• Focus on low power consumption and matching techniques.
• Lead other layout engineers for top-level integration.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience in custom layout design, focusing on 22nm CMOS nodes and below.
• Knowledge of analog layout techniques.
• Understanding of electromigration and crosstalk.
• Proficiency in Cadence and Siemens DRC/LVS tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
