Join Certn as a Fulfillment Specialist for a 12-month contract, working remotely to process product fulfillment requests and provide excellent customer support.

In Short

• Process US fulfillment requests accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure completion of fulfillment components within SLAs.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows.
• 1+ years experience in operational or administrative roles.
• Experience with internal systems for tracking fulfillment.
• Previous customer service experience.
