Background Screening Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are adding 10 Background Screening Analysts to our team (12 month Contracts) to help our clients mitigate the risk of undesirable hires and tackle CV lies and degree fraud.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive background screenings for candidates.
• Dispatch and follow up on reference and verification requests.
• Record all findings and outcomes accurately.
• Flag any adverse findings or discrepancies.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail is necessary.
• Good email etiquette and professional phone manner.
• Familiarity with office software such as Google Suite.
• Commitment to being an active and supportive team member.

Requirements

• Ability to handle a high volume of transactional tasks.
• Must be able to commence work on April 28, 2025.
