Senior Product Manager – Cosmetics & Personal Care - Remote

Overview

We are looking for Senior Product Managers to join our rapidly growing team! This is a hands-on position across the following key areas: product development, product management, technology partnerships/ analyst relations, client services, and product marketing. At Centric we put our customers first and want to continue building products that our users love.

In Short

• Define and evolve the product vision and direction for CPC features in our enterprise PLM Solution
• Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, engineering, and marketing
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market
• Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches
• Manage customer preview programs and engage in frequent conversations with customers to understand their needs
• Partner with Client Services to create new service offerings, lead training and build marketing collateral
• Work with and collaborate with several technology and business partners

Requirements

• Proven expertise and demonstrated capabilities in CPC and CPC-related industries
• Deep understanding of CPC-specific needs, especially in product development and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience and skills in domain modeling and analysis
• 10+ years of overall experience (at least 5+ as a product manager or product owner)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
