  • Continuously measure and optimize content performance.
  • Manage ad budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, channels, and audience targeting.

Requirements

  • Experience as a founder (past or present).
  • Proven track record managing content and ads.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Ability to execute growth experiments and iterate based on results.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Clear, confident, and concise communicator.
  • Coachable with a strong appetite for learning.
  • Passionate about supporting startup founders and SMB owners.
