In Short

• Responsible for developing and conducting various training programs for Member and Provider Service roles.
• Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs.
• Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs including cost and benefit analyses.
• Research and recommend external training programs.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
• Assist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
