Overview

As a Supervisor of Care Management at Centene, you will oversee the care management team and ensure the delivery of quality care for our members, while fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of related experience in care management.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate team performance effectively.
• Experience in patient outreach and care coordination.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
