Senior Manager, Contracting & Network Development - Remote

In Short

• Lead and manage contracting activities for hospitals and medical groups.
• Negotiate contracts using model agreements and follow up on contracts.
• Oversee provider set-up and contract configuration for accurate claims adjudication.
• Evaluate and monitor provider performance and financial standards.
• Ensure compliance with national contracting standards.
• Perform financial analyses to identify cost improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement a network development plan.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maximize business relationships.
• 6+ years of contracting experience in healthcare required.
• Current state driver’s license required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Knowledge of contracting language and negotiation principles.
• Familiarity with managed care and health care programs.
• Value Based Care contracting experience preferred.
