Overview

The Senior Director, Compliance Advisory (Medicare) will ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state legal and regulatory requirements, oversee compliance projects, and develop strategic relationships to influence public policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 10+ years of Compliance experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience with Medicare and Managed Care.
• Experience overseeing contract requirements.
• Interaction with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and tools.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Pre-Law Degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
