Overview

This role involves providing assistance to members and prospects regarding their inquiries and issues, ensuring efficient resolutions while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

In Short

  • Assist members and prospects with inquiries.
  • Document interactions accurately in member accounts.
  • Respond to customer calls within designated time frames.
  • Perform troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues.
  • Clarify customer inquiries and determine causes of problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain excellent quality service standards.
  • Input and edit information to document inquiries.
  • Develop filing and retrieval systems for records.
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; AA/AS preferred.
  • 2-5 years of Customer Service experience required.
  • 2-5 years of Customer Service in Healthcare preferred.
  • Driver’s License may be required by some plans.
  • Specific language skills may be required by some plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in business analysis and specifications writing.
