Pharmacy Operations Coordinator I - Remote

Overview

This role will focus on ensuring that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks within a national organization.

• Support the development, coordination, and maintenance of the pharmacy program.
• Review benefit/formulary setup and testing.
• Conduct claims analysis.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience in managed care environment preferred.
• Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience in pharmacy operations or pharmacy benefit management environments.
• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot claim issues.
