The Pharmacy Operations Coordinator I role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant administration of the pharmacy program, supporting various operational tasks to benefit 28 million members.

In Short

  • Remote position within the US.
  • Focus on pharmacy program administration.
  • Responsibilities include claims analysis and benefit/formulary setup.
  • Research and respond to Pharmacy Benefit inquiries.
  • Conduct Prescription Drug Event Error research.
  • Support Patient Assistance Program tasks.
  • Work shift from 8am to 4:30pm in your time zone.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of pharmacy experience in managed care preferred.
  • Experience with Medicare Billing and Retail Pharmacy.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Insurance Billing.
  • Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
