Overview

As a Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting, you will oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting related to all core business functions, driving business decisions and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
• Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel, SQL, and Business Objects.
• Experience with data warehousing and auditing.
• Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
• Experience in a matrix work environment.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
