Requirements

• Master's degree in Mental Health or Social Work, or RN from an accredited school.
• 2-4 years of related experience in behavioral health.
• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or RN with BH experience required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with crisis management and care coordination.
• Knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems.
• Ability to conduct home visits and assess member needs.
