Overview

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, or Nursing.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in care management.
  • Active California State clinical license (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or RN with BH experience).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans.
  • Experience with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting.
