Requirements

• J.D. (or J.D. equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with new systems.
• Interest in prompt engineering and LLMs for legal work.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to define outcomes with unclear success criteria.
• Generalist mindset with adaptability to new law areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
