Requirements

• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent.
• Singapore qualified lawyer with minimum 3 years PQE.
• Experience at a reputable law firm, preferably in debt finance and M&A.
• High level of comfort with learning cutting-edge systems.
• Interest in prompt engineering and leveraging LLMs.
• Generalist mindset and adaptability to new areas of law.
• Comfortable operating with limited supervision.
• Collaboration with US teams from Monday to Thursday.
