Overview

The Senior Business Analyst (Product-Focused) plays a critical role in supporting the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Celero’s NorthStar platform and related merchant-facing applications. This role operates at the intersection of business analysis and product management — ensuring high-quality requirements and execution, while also contributing to problem-solving, prioritization, and product outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience in the merchant acquiring or payments industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience producing requirements, workflows, and wireframes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage a backlog in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive business impact.
• Demonstrated interest in product management.
• Experience collaborating with sales or operations teams.
