The Acute Access Nurse Practitioner plays a critical role in providing acute care access in a team-based environment, focusing on the health and wellness of senior patients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Completion of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Florida.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a value-based care setting.
• Basic computer skills including email and EMR.
• Certification to write prescriptions under supervision.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage patients preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
