CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Gameplay Designer to join our team and help us develop a new game in the Witcher Saga!

In Short

• Proposing and documenting innovative design for systems and features.
• Iterating and improving documentation for existing systems and features.
• Designing, prototyping, scripting, iterating on features using Unreal Engine 5.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality gameplay functionality.
• Taking ownership of specific features/systems of the game.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the game industry.
• Proven success in creating compelling gameplay mechanics.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• Ability to analyze games and entertainment for intuitive and engaging design.
• Openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Creating design documentation for various teams.
• Self-critical approach and passion for high-quality solutions.
• Passion for Action Games is a plus.
• Openness for changes and experimentation.
