Overview

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead Engine Programmer to join our team on Cyberpunk2, a follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role, you'll take on the dynamic responsibility of being a Lead and a Programmer, driving team growth and leveraging Unreal Engine expertise to push technology forward.

Requirements

  • 7 years of programming experience in the games industry, including 1 year as a lead.
  • Deep proficiency in C++, with a proven track record.
  • Thorough understanding of Unreal Engine.
  • Extensive knowledge in engine-related focus areas.
  • Experience on various platforms.
  • Strong system architecture skills.
  • Ability to debug and optimize code.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
