Overview

The Director of Certification & Credentialing will oversee the design, preparation, and delivery of credentialing programs that align with effective performance standards and provide reliable assessments for those working with load handling equipment.

In Short

  • Lead the design and delivery of credentialing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ANAB/ISO 17024 standards.
  • Manage high-volume and high-stakes professional credentials.
  • Develop and mentor a diverse team of Exam Developers and Psychometricians.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Implement innovative plans to improve program functionality.
  • Track program performance and manage risks.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets for credentialing programs.
  • Suggest marketing initiatives to increase program awareness.
  • Support the organization’s mission through program development.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Education, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing accredited programs.
  • Proven project management skills, PMP certification preferred.
  • Understanding of psychometric principles and exam development.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Item Banking Systems.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
