Scheduler & Senior Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Scheduler & Senior Scheduler is responsible for overseeing all project-scheduling activities for assigned projects, utilizing knowledge of schedule development and the construction industry.

In Short

• Produce conceptual schedules with minimal input from the project team.
• Strong in scheduling and 3D modeling.
• Maintain a database of probable schedule durations.
• Develop baseline overall schedules with properly sequenced work activities.
• Provide status updates, forecasts, and reports on project scheduling activities.
• Review and critique Vendor and Subcontractor monthly schedule updates.
• Understand project flow and logistics for execution.
• Support ongoing projects by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend work around plans to keep projects on track.
• Perform other duties as requested by project management.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
• 5-10 years of industrial or commercial construction experience required.
• Experience on $20M+ commercial projects.
• Experience in vertical construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP cost management tools.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Well-rounded knowledge in construction disciplines.
