Remote work based in Lisbon, Portugal
Customer Service Representative role
Languages required: Native/Fluent Italian and good English (B2 or above)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills needed
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 18:00 (Portuguese time)
Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Base salary: 1,000 EUR/month (x14 months)
Performance bonus: 100 EUR/month (x12 months)
Meal allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day
Transport allowance: 20 EUR per month

Requirements

Native/Fluent Italian and good English (B2 or above)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to work on rotational schedules from Monday to Saturday
