• Seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Data Architect.
• Focus on providing advanced technical guidance across multiple projects.
• Serve as Level 3 design and issue resolution support.
• Participate in project assessment and evaluation.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Collaborate with project-level SMEs and solution architects.
• Support SQL optimization and migration challenges.
• Represent Caylent via technical publications and presentations.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in database systems.
• Position is fully remote.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience designing and modernizing complex database systems.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in SQL Server → PostgreSQL or Babelfish migrations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS database services.
• Experience leading enterprise-level modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of GenAI/ML use cases.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
