Graphic Designer - Remote

In Short

• Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including social media posts, email templates, web banners, presentations, PDFs, and more.
• Create visual elements to align with and enhance written content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with content updates on the company website using Builder.io and Hubspot.
• Work with marketing and technical teams to implement visual updates and enhancements.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure all visual assets align with Caylent’s identity.
• Review and revise marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency across digital and print formats.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into impactful visual assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing design work in digital formats.
• Proven experience in content creation and graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Productivity Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web design principles and CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io) is a plus.
