In Short

• Part-time Operations & Customer Service Associate role.
• Focus on fulfillment operations and customer experience.
• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries.
• Support product launches and fan-facing events.
• Coordinate between web, logistics, marketing, and events teams.
• Assist with sales reporting and performance analytics.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Participate in cross-functional special projects.
• Track and escalate delays or blockers.
• Provide post-launch QA support.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce operations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies.
• Positive attitude in fast-moving situations.
• Desire to learn and grow in the role.
• Stable computer and internet access.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
