ServiceNow Architect - Remote

Overview

Cask is seeking an Architect to be accountable for all aspects of the technical solution and implementation from initiation through closeout of Cask customer projects. This person leads onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops with Cask customers to capture all requirements necessary to implement the solution on the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects
• Act as key interface between the Cask development team and the customer
• Define technical solutions for architecture and design aligned with clients’ business problems
• Co-lead requirements gathering workshops with Business Functional team members
• Collaborate with Business Functional team members to write/estimate stories
• Oversee developers’ work and ensure quality and delivery of development
• Execute hands-on development for stories that cannot be delegated
• Responsible for sprint demos and delivery of development artifacts
• Work collaboratively with Engagement Manager to monitor for scope creep
• Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture
• Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource
• Knowledge of ITIL, minimum foundation level
• Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript
• Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven team player and team builder
• Experience with SDLC processes implementing in various project methodologies
