Overview

The Regional Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating localized, high-impact marketing strategies that drive engagement and generate leads in designated U.S. geographies.

  • Develop annual and quarterly go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure regional experiences reflect Carta’s mission and brand.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Propose new program ideas based on data and market insights.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-market programs.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in regional marketing or ABM in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and translate priorities into marketing plans.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and customer engagement.
  • Fluent in Salesforce and proficient in Marketo, Asana, and Looker.
  • Clear communicator who can influence across teams.
  • Experience marketing to venture-backed startups or private equity audiences.
  • Background in field strategy roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with equity or fund administration platforms is a bonus.
