Staff DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff DevOps Engineer at Carrum, you will be responsible for bridging development and operations through collaboration, infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and systems maintenance, playing a key role in transforming healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or site reliability engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, EKS).
• Expertise in implementing DevOps culture.
• Experience designing monitoring solutions for cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for working with Engineering teams to optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS & Azure, including reference architectures.
• Preferred industry certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Experience in healthcare or highly-regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
