Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Carrot is seeking a Product Manager to be a strategic leader focused on evolution of the end-to-end member journey for individuals who are pregnant or have children.

In Short

• Drive value creation through member experience, health outcomes, and customer retention/growth.
• Lead product strategy and prioritize initiatives.
• Support the development lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Deliver impactful product features that improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Customer Success.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills to define and measure KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Product management experience in maternal health or family-focused products preferred.
• Experience with digital health platforms or healthcare benefits.
• Familiarity with user research and journey mapping.
• Experience working with clinical professionals.
