Overview

The Head of Vision Care Solutions will lead the strategy and execution of the U.S. Vision Care Solutions business, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving business growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in technology solutions leadership
• 5 years in a senior management role
• 10 years in Optical and Medical Device sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in optical or vision care industry
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives
• Commercially astute and customer-focused
• Strong leadership skills
