Overview

The Measurement & Impact Manager will support a portfolio of philanthropic programs across Africa, blending rigorous evaluation with deep listening and learning.

In Short

• Co-design and implement measurement systems and learning frameworks.
• Lead the development of theories of change and meaningful indicators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in measurement, evaluation, and learning.
• Ability to design mixed-methods evaluation systems.
• Strong qualitative skills and experience with thick data insights.
• Proven ability to lead co-creation and facilitation processes.
• Excellent writing and synthesis abilities.
• Experience in youth livelihoods, MSME finance, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in diverse environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in remote working settings.
