Overview

The Manager, Grievance and Appeals Service Integration is responsible for driving strategic integration of regulatory, operational, and technical initiatives within the Grievance and Appeals function.

In Short

  • Lead the development of new business market implementations.
  • Provide project management and leadership for operational changes.
  • Oversee project management activities including scope, deliverables, and budget.
  • Analyze current workflow processes and implement improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and audits for new markets.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and project updates.
  • Support various job duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of project management experience.
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with operational process improvement projects preferred.
  • Technical writing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
