Senior Staff Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Software Technology Solutions R&D team based in San Diego or remotely with occasional travel. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving and leading a team of Product Managers and Product Owners who own the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for our cloud-based software platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience with PaaS or SaaS products.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Experience writing product strategy documents.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and APIs.
• Familiarity with Product Management tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile practices and principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
