Lead Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Systems Engineer will provide technical system recommendations and requirements to BD’s customers, working closely with deployment teams to ensure successful system implementations.

In Short

• Provide technical sales support and server/software deployment.
• Work with project teams for system implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D on product release preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with BD policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in field action execution and customer notifications.
• Lead customer teams and provide peer support.
• Demonstrate understanding of hospital information systems.
• Prepare technical diagrams and presentations for customers.
• Participate in multi-functional teams to improve processes.
• Work independently from a home office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare information systems.
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems and software applications.
• Certifications in VMware, SQL, Networking, and IT Security preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and travel 10% - 25%.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Must maintain current immunizations for customer site access.
