In Short

• Lead the category excellence strategy for Quick Commerce.
• Define best practices for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Build scalable playbooks for category management.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Negotiate with FMCG manufacturers and suppliers.
• Mentor and develop category teams.
• Drive data-driven decision-making.
• Explore innovation opportunities in product offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
• Work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in Category Management or Commercial roles.
• Strong P&L ownership experience.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience in supplier negotiation.
• Advanced analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent degree is desirable.
