Associate IT Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Providing 1st to 3rd support to all IT systems and services.
• Log and track incidents via ITSM tool (Jira).
• Working on IT service requests and incidents for remote support.
• Providing support via the central IT Support Slack channel.
• Perform daily checks on IT infrastructure and systems.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems.
• Install new hardware, software, and printers.
• Implement and assist on the rollout of new applications.
• Coordinate with local suppliers for asset management.
• Provide assistance with technology-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computing or similar discipline.
• Well-experienced IT support/infrastructure engineer.
• IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, ITIL.
• 2-3 years experience in IT support.
• Ability to support on Saturday (shift rotation).
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
