The Director/Vice President of Client Success is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for maintaining operational excellence and profitability for assigned accounts, building client relationships, and supporting growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with corporate leaders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Quantitative modeling experience.
• Preferred experience in consulting or investment banking.
• Knowledge of healthcare programs.
