Overview

The Care Manager plays a vital role in connecting families with mental healthcare resources, serving as a support system in navigating the mental health system without providing direct clinical services.

In Short

• Provide care coordination for mental health and substance use disorder services.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant field.
• Active independent license in mental health without disciplinary actions.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with children and crisis management.
• Ability to work in a virtual and fast-paced environment.
• Sound clinical and ethical judgment.
